Lake Como Lower Campground is located southwest of Hamilton, Montana at an elevation of 4500 feet. It is a large irrigation reservoir which lies in a beautiful canyon. During irrigation season it is drawn down and activities may fluctuate according to water levels.

Lake Como National Recreational Loop Trail extends around the lake for 7 miles and includes a packbridge across Rock Creek. Maintained yearly. Trail classified as easy. Trail travels around the Lake. North shore travel by foot only.

Lake Como Upper Campground is located in Bitterroot National Forest at an elevation of 4500 feet. The campground contains 10 campsites, which can accomodate trailers up to 16 feet in length. Restrooms are available.

Lightfoot Cycles

Lightfoot Cycles manufactures bicycles, tricycles, and quadracycles designed for all season use. Models are available for touring, commuting, recreation, delivery and industrial transport. We build cycles for special needs and offer the options of power assist.

Little Rock Creek Trail (57) provides plentiful scenic attractions and photography opportunities are numerous. A good overnight camping spot. Maintained every three years. Trail is classified as difficult. Livestock can negotiate. It is a heavily used trail.

There is a $50 a night usage fee and an 11:00am checkout time. The cabin will accommodate up to 5 people. Propane stove, refrigerator, lights, and wood furnace provided. Hot and cold water, a shower, and a flush toilet (summer only) are also available.

Montana Cafe welcomes all visitors to the beautiful Bitteroot Valley. We serve fresh baked cinnamon rolls daily. come in early before they're all gone!! We also have homemade soup and bread, pies, biscuts and gravy. Fresh hamburger and our famous buffalo burgers.

Hidden away on the historic Nez Perce Indian trail in the Bitterroot mountains west of Darby, MT, you'll find the Nez Perce Ranch.

Painted Rock Outfitters is located in Bitterroot Mountains, Hunt Dist. 250.

Painted Rocks State Park

Located in the Bitterroot Mountains, Painted Rocks Reservoir offers boating, camping, and fishing in a scenic, western pine-forest setting. The park is 293 acres in size and is 4,700 feet in elevation.

Painthorse Trail Cabin

Two bedroom cabin which sleeps 5-6, with full bath and full modern kitchen.

Rock Creek Horsecamp is located in Bitterroot National Forest at an elevation of 4500 feet. There are 10 campsites. The campground was designed and built to accommodate horse users. Hard compacted gravel is used throughout the campground for a connecting accessible route of travel.

Rock Creek Trail (580) offers a nice view of the mountains. There is a variety of trees and plant growth. The hiker will also view wildlife along the trail. This trail is open to horseback travel.

Rocking W Outfitters

Rocking W Outfitters specializes in big game hunting, bow hunting, fishing trips and cattle drives.

Rombo Creek Campground is located in the Bitterroot National Forest of southwest Montana. At an elevation of 4,500 feet, this campground encompasses 7 acres. This is a basic campground with partially accessible restrooms (need assistance) and drinking water.

Rye Creek Lodge

Rye Creek Lodge is a peaceful collection of luxury hand-crafted log homes. During your stay amid the naturally beautiful surroundings, you are likely to see deer, elk, moose and other wildlife.

Sam T. Billings Campground is located in Bitterroot National Forest. There are 11 campsites. The campground can accommodate trailers up to 30 feet. Restrooms are provided, but remember to bring your own drinking water.

Schumaker Campground is located very close to the boundary of the Selway-Bitterroot Wilderness at an elevation of 6500 feet. It overlooks Twin Lakes with swimming and fishing access. Water levels may drop in late summer as irrigation water for the valley is taken from the lake.
