Big Spring Creek Trail (1269) is a steep rocky trail that takes you up the Rock Creek side of the Sapphire Divide to Eagle Point. You will be looking over the Bitterroot Valley from the top of the Skalkaho Game Preserve. This is steep rocky country and might be hard on horses.

Bitterroot Elk offers several types of horseback adventures, wilderness pack trips, and fishing excursions.

Bitterroot Flat Campground is located in the Lolo National Forest in northwest Montana. At an elevation of 4,300 feet, the campground encompasses 5 acres. There are 15 campsites for which restrooms and drinking water (5/15 - 9/30) are provided. Fishing may be enjoyed on Rock Creek.

Blackfoot-Clearwater Wildlife Management Area encompasses 65,489 acres.

Management goal: To provide winter range for elk primarily, and for white-tailed and mule deer secondarily.

Blue Mountain Motorcycle and ATV Trails feature single track trails with a variety of terrain. The steep trails are often rutted. The motorcycle trailhead has parking for trailers and an unloading ramp. They are shared use with mountain bikes and hikers.

Blue Mountain Nature Trail is a popular trail and a stopping-off point on your way up Forest Road 365 to the Blue Mountain Lookout. The path is on a fairly level grade making it quite accessible to young children and people unable to take strenuous hikes.

Blue Mountain Recreation Area has diversified use. There are ATV and motorcycle trails, horse and foot only trails, mountain biking trails, a handicapped access overlook, an accessible interpretive trail, and toilet at the Maclay Flat site.

Butte Cabin Creek Trail (224) takes you up to Quigg Peak. Steep, rocky terrain. You can make a loop trail by coming back on Trail 227.
