Sadie Creek House

Sadie Creek House sits in the heart of a fourth generation working family ranch along the east slope of the Crazy Mountains. We invite you to come and enjoy privacy and solitude on 50,000 acres of pine covered hills and vast open grasslands.

Selkirk is a state fishing access site on the Musselshell River. There are about 6 undesignated sites in a wooded area on the bank of the river. The big attraction here is the trees. The river bank is quite bushy so you may have to go up or downstream a ways to find a fishing spot.

Snowy Mountain Coffee, specialty coffee shop and Slow Rise Bakery are located on historic Central Avenue in Harlowton.

Spring Creek Campground is located in Lewis and Clark National Forest at an elevation of 5300 feet. It is adjacent to Spring Creek among cottonwoods, ponderosa pine, juniper and aspens in a riparian environment. This provides a lot of shade for the campground.

The Graves Hotel was built in 1909, out of sandstone quarried at the site, by A.E. Graves. The building is three stories with a corner turret and a wrap-around verandah offering views of the Old Milwaukee Depot, the Crazy Mountains, and vast lands.

At Tomlinson Mercantile we offer a variety of antiques, collectibles and second hand items. Many of our items are one of a kind. We have a nice selection of costume jewelry and glassware.

Sunday worship 2:30pm. Sunday school and bible class follow worship during the winter months.

Trot Motel is a 6 unit motel located in central Harlowton. Cable TV, refrigerator and microwaves are provided in each room and pets are welcome. Nightly and weekly rooms.

Upper Musselshell Museum

Exploring the Upper Musselshell Museum is rather like prowling around in someone's attic or barn, but be prepared to discover a full-sized replica of a dinosaur skeleton found in nearby Shawmut! There are also several collections of fossils and bones, and a 2,000 year-old buffalo skull.

Wade's Drive-In is located in south-central Montana at the junction of US Highways 12 and 191 just east of Harlowton in the heart of antelope country.

Wheatland County Fairgrounds/Rodeo Arena may be used by residents and nonresidents with proof of liability and event insurance. The grounds has a concession area, restrooms, back pens, five chutes, calf chutes, and holding/watering corrals.

Ye Olde summer Shoppe is a great place to shop for antiques, collectibles, new gift items, handmade in Harlowton items, home and garden decor. We are open when the signs are out or stop by next door to see Tim at Wojtowick Auto Repair. He'll open Ye Olde Summer Shoppe for you.
