Crystal Cascades Trail (445) is a fairly easy trail that follows a creek for about 3.5 miles from the Crystal Lake Road to Crystal Cascades and gains 1,000 feet in elevation.

Six person capacity; cost $25.00. Located at the south end of Crystal Lake, this cabin houses the campground host in the summer and serves as a rental cabin for the public from October 15 through March 31.

Crystal Lake Campground located on Crystal Lake in the shadow of Mt. Harlow at an elevation of 5,700 feet. The camp is situated in a delightfully thick stand of spruce. The 23 campsites are large, secluded and widely spaced.

Crystal Lake Shoreline Loop Trail (404) is very easy to hike, as it follows the shoreline of Crystal Lake and is almost level. The trail provides access to the entire shore with opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, fishing, picnicking, etc.

Five person capacity; cost $25.00. Late season road vehicle access may be marginal. Four-wheel drive advised. Must furnish water. Propane cook stove, lights, wood stove, and firewood provided. Snowmobile or cross-country ski access during normal winter months.

Dry Wolf Campground is located along Dry Wolf Creek among meadows, spruce and fir trees at an elevation of 5900 feet. There are 25 campsites in this is scenic and tranquil campground. It was a Kiwanis Club project in 1930, and in 1937 it was improved by the WPA.

Dry Wolf Trail (401) is easy through meadows and timber, then a steeper slope following ridge through forest. The trail ends at meadows on Jefferson Divide, providing a beautiful panoramic view. The upper part of the trail can be snowbound until the middle of July.

Grandview Trail (403) is at an elevation between 6,000 and 7,000 feet. The trail climbs steadily for 3.5 miles from Crystal Lake to Grandview Point and gains 1,000 feet in elevation.

Hay Canyon Campground is located in Lewis and Clark National Forest. There are 9 campsites near scenic hiking trails and fishing access. Restrooms are provided. The maximum recommended trailer length for the area is 30 feet. Please limit your stay to 16 days.

The first step in the enjoyment and appreciation of wildflowers is going out to see them where they grow. The Hidden Basin Wildflower Trail leads through a beautiful area of public land that is rich in flower varieties.

J & M RV Park is family owned and close to hunting and fishing. There are 10 RV and tent sites available.

Stanford and nearby Utica have several museums of interest. The Judith Basin Museum (566-2281) and the Utica Museum (423-5208) are two to be sure and visit while there. Also see the Prairie Past Museum for an interesting collection of old agricultural machinery.

The Judith Basin County Fairgrounds are used for the fair, horse shows and rodeos. Please call for more information.

The Judith Basin County Museum was opened in 1967. Our museum has many old time articles, old pictures and some history books. We have a collection of 2,082 sets of salt and pepper shakers; a collection of 50,000 buttons; an Indian artifacts display, and many more items. Charles M.

Judith Station Campground is located in Lewis and Clark National Forest, adjacent to the historic Judith Guard Station. There are 3 campsites at Judith Station with fishing access nearby. Drinking water and restrooms are provided.

We are located in the heart of Montana surrounded by the Little Belt Mountains and the Highwood Mountains. You can see the Square Butte that was made famous by the western artist Charlie Russell in his painting.

We have four newly remodeled rooms, cable TV and in-rooms coffee pots.

Sundown Motel

Sundown Motel is a friendly, pleasant place with a good reputation for value and cleanliness. We are located in the heart of Charlie Russell Country where you will find many opportunities for fishing, hunting and sightseeing.

Thain Creek Campground is located in Lewis and Clark National Forest at an elevation of 4700 feet. The campground is pack it in, pack it out and located on a hillside above Thain Creek among lodgepole pines and aspen.

Sunday school is at 10:15am. Sunday worship is held at 11:30am. Join us the first and third Wednesdays at 6:30am for the men's fellowship breakfast. Women's bible study and lunch starts at 9:30am every week.
