Smith Creek Trail

Much of Smith Creek Trail (215) is on private land that has been logged and burned in 1988.

South Fork Teton Trail

The South Fork Teton Trail (168) traverses a west-facing slope high above the South Fork of the Teton. The pass, at an elevation of 7,580 feet forms the headwaters of the South Fork. The view west to the high ridges of the Rockies and northwest to Old Baldy Peak is spectacular.

South Fork Waldron Snowmobile Trail

St. Joseph Catholic Church

St. Joseph Church was built in 1941. It has remarkable windows that were decorated by Dana Broussard, a local artist, in memory of her father. Summer (after May 1) weekend liturgies are at Saturday 7:00pm and Sunday 8:00am. Winter hours are Saturday at 6:00pm and Sunday at 9:00am.

The Stage Stop Inn of Choteau is your one stop along the Rocky Mountain Front. Access to world-class hiking, wildlife viewing, and scenery is just out our back door. An adjacent restaurant adds to the convenience along with the Old Trail Museum and shopping just a short walk away.

The Styren Ranch Guest house is a quiet, serene, three-bedroom house, located on our ranch, reasonably priced by the bedroom. Great for couples traveling together and families. Tea and coffee are supplied for our guests. The house is decorated in country-western.

Sun River Canyon

If you could speed up the faulting and shifting of giant slabs of rock that created the Rocky Mountain Front, what would it sound like' In Sun River Canyon, you can hear a jarring crash, not of rock but of horns colliding.

Teton Express

Teton Express is a charter bus and shuttle service. The coach seat 47 passengers and is equipped with TV/DVD, stereo, tinted windows, toilet, reclining seats and air conditioning.

Teton Pass Ski Area

Teton Pass Ski Area - affordable, family fun on the edge of Montana's magnificent Rocky Mountain Front, just east of the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area. Covering 150 acres with 25 downhill runs, the area also features cross-country and snowmobile trails.

The Buckaroo Coffee House & Eatery

The Buckaroo Coffee House & Eatery offers a fine line of gourmet coffee and espresso for all your coffee needs with over 70 flavors for your favorite latte or just plain if you like it that way.

Trinity Lutheran ELCA

Sunday worship is at 10:00am, Sunday school at 10:30am. Confirmation classes are held each week during the regular school year. Bible studies are active throughout the year.

West Fork Teton Campground

West Fork Campground is located in Lewis and Clark National Forest. There are 6 tent sites and the basic facilities are provided. Trails for hiking and fishing access are nearby. Please limit your stay to 14 days. A small is required for the use of this campground.
