Bluewater Fish Hatchery Fishing Access does permit camping. There is a 7 day limit. Toilets and access for camp trailers is available. Existing ADA Level: Easy Accessibilty. Open all season. Located adjacent to the Bluewater Fish Hatchery complex on the Bluewater Creek.

Bridger Bend Fishing Access is day use only site along the Clarks Fork Yellowstone River. It is an undeveloped site. There are no facilities.

Buffalo Mirage Fishing Access is a day use only site. A boat launch, toilets and access for camp trailers is available. Open all season. Good access to the Yellowstone River.

Clark camped near this area (near present day Park City) in July 1806 and constructed two dug-out canoes from the cottonwood trees there. During this six day stay, July 19-24, they completed the canoes, replaced a supply of dried meat, and had half their horses stolen.

Caboose Saloon & Casino

Enjoy life size sculptures of wildlife both inside and outside the Caboose Saloon. There are also western art displays, bronzes and painting inside. The bar was decorated with an antique back bar that was said to have came across country on a covered wagon.

The Friends of Canyon Creek are currently working on a walk through display at the monument location to tell the history of the Canyon Creek Battle between the Nez Perce led by Chief Joseph and the US Calvary led by Col. Samuel Sturgis. This battle took place on September 13,1877.

Designed and sculpted by local artist, Gary Temple, the Chief Joseph Monument was erected to commemorate Chief Joseph's 1877 battle with the Calvary north of Laurel as he led his tribe to asylum in Canada.

Fireman's Park is a small city park in the downtown area, an oasis for picnicking or just relaxing. In the summer it is bordered by 'Elsie's Garden', a lovely area of multi-colored flowers.

First Congregational Church is 90 years old and is located in the Yellowstone Valley as it meets the Clark's Fork Valley with a beautiful view of the scenic Beartooth Mountains. Sunday Worship Services begin at 10:30am and 9:30am in summer months.
