Absaroka Beartooth Outfitters offers summer float trips and wade fishing on several rivers including the Big Horn, Madison, Yellowstone, Boulder and Gallatin rivers.

Bank lobby hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The drive-up is open Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Anchor Outfitting is a small, family run business. We base our hunting operation on the Anchor Ranch which was started by C.M. Rein in 1893. Glowing reports from friends or acquaintances draws most hunters to us.

Aspen Campground is located in the Gallatin National Forest in south central Montana. At an elevation of 4500 feet, the campground covers an area of 8 acres.

Big Rock Fishing Access does permit camping. There is a 7 day limit. Toilets and access for camp trailers is available. Open all season. It is a remote site along the Boulder River.

Big Timber Budget Host was brand new in June 2001. All rooms are non smoking and pet free, with cable and HBO; some rooms have refrigerators. Our location is quiet and secure with large vehicle parking.

Big Timber Guides offer part of their country home to guests. There are two spacious bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room with a television and a wood stove. The home is charming and the breakfasts delicious. The mountain view and the sound of the Yellowstone River make the visit complete.

Big Timber Inn Bed and Breakfast, boasting a spectacular view of the Yellowstone River and Crazy Mountains, provides easy access to fishing and bird watching. Two attractively decorated rooms with a shared bath are available to guests, and we also have a recreation room with TV.

Big Timber KOA Campground encourages you to relax under big trees with grass sites where the prairie meets the mountains. Fish at nearby Boulder or Yellowstone rivers. Receive a 20 percent discount at Montana's water park, Big Timber Waterslide, next door.

Big Timber Ranger District can provide permits, maps and information.

Blue Lake Trail (118) begins at the junction with Big Timber Creek Trail 119 and travels to Blue Lake. This trail is rocky and suitable for foot and horse travel only.

Length: 1.5 miles. Fair condition, moderate difficulty, high use in the summer

Boulder Forks Fishing Access does permit camping. There is a 7 day limit. Toilets and access for camp trailers is available. Open all season. Popular fishing access site on the upper Boulder River.

Boulder River Snowmobile Trail is fairly easy to follow with signs. Cooperative operation with Sweet Grass Recreation Association and Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. Parking capacity varies but is not usually a problem. Limited play area adjacent to designated wilderness.
