Independence Trail (121) travels from the Independence Mine area through high alpine meadows to the head of the East Fork Boulder and the junction with East Fork Boulder Trail 27.

Lake Columbine Trail (128) travels from the junction of Rainbow Creek Trail 28 to Columbine Pass and the Custer National Forest. Above the lake the trail ascends high, semi-open benches, affording pleasant vistas. The trail is occasionally steep and rocky.

The Lewis and Clark Native Plant Garden is a beautiful garden created by the Rivers Across Lewis & Clark Sweet Grass County Bicentennial group. Montana native plants were collected by Lewis & Clark during their historic expedition between 1805 and 1806.

Lodgepole Trail (124) begins at the end of Elk Creek Road 2606 and travels to Meyer Creek Divide and the Custer National Forest.

Lower Deer Creek Trail (5) begins at the junction with Lodgepole Trail 124. it continue north along the Lower Deer Creek past the Lower Deer Creek Rental Cabin and provides access to West Bridger Trail 129, Placer Gulch Trail 256, and Tomato Can Trail 156.

Meatrack Trail (23) can be accessed from Fourmile Trail 22. Goes to Meatrack Meadows. Access to Trail Creek Trail 231 and USGS Trail 24. This trail is normally in good condition, but it is rocky in spots.
