Adventure Yellowstone, Inc. offers grizzly bear and wolf safaris, day hiking, animal tracking and a wide variety of other services. We provide experienced naturalist step-on guides, complete vacation packages, wildlife watching tours, transportation and more.

The Albright Visitor Center provides information, a bookstore, and exhibits of the early history, exploration, and establishment of Yellowstone National Park. The 'Challenge of Yellowstone,' a special film, is shown throughout the day. Informative displays for your viewing pleasure.

Artist Point is one of the most spectacular scenic areas in the Canyon Area of the Park. The sheer walls drop 700 feet to the bottom of the canyon. Upriver the powerful Lower Falls are still in view. Down river the canyon widens and deepens to maximum of 1540 feet.

The scenery varies from grass and willow rival valleys to dense forest, to high meadows. There is also a variety of wildlife, including grizzlies, to be seen along this trail.

In the Biscuit Basin area you will find a foot bridge that crosses over to the Sapphire Pool. Before the 1959 earthquake , the Sapphire Pool was a geyser that erupted to heights of 10 to 12 feet.

The Yellowstone River Trail travels from Hellroaring Trailhead to Gardiner, Montana. The trail follows the Yellowstone River, passing a variety of interesting features along its 18 mile length. For most of the way the river flows through the Black Canyon of the Yellowstone.

Black Sand Basin is where some of the most thermal scenery in the Park exists. The name was derived from black volcanic glass (obsidian) from eruptions.

Bridge Bay Marina has experienced guides to tailor a boat trip to suits your interests, whether it be fishing or just relaxing. Row boats, outboards, inboards, and dock slips are also available to rent. There is also an on-site first-aid station.

Learn about Yellowstone's geology at this site. The Imagine Yellowstone, young people's art and writing exhibits is on display. Artist-in-residence programs are also offered during the summer. Information and books are available.

Castle Geyser is a huge cone-type geyser (120 feet around) and looks like the ruins of an old castle tower. It erupts to heights from 60 to 100 feet.

The Coyote Creek Trail leaves the Hellroaring Trail and veers to the northeast. The trail travels through sage meadows and open stands of Douglas Fir.

This trail travels from the Specimen Creek Trail to the Sportsman Lake Trail. It offers the opportunity for a superb 22 mile loop hike which takes you past two lovely alpine lakes and over an abundance of rugged mountain country.

Crevice Creek Trail heads west from the junction, past Crevice Lake and on to Crevice Creek. A bridge takes you over this delightful, tumbling stream to the junction with the Crevice Creek Trail.

The Daley Creek Trail climbs about 1,600 feet in 5 miles as it follows Daley Creek through meadows and along open hillsides. There are good opportunities to spot moose during the summer, and elk during spring and fall.

Firehole Canyon Road is a very interesting two-mile trip. It takes you through the deep Firehole Canyon with its 800 foot black walls, which were formed by lava flows, to view Firehole Falls and the Firehole Cascades.

Firehole Lake Drive is a one-way side road that was constructed primarily to view this interesting area. Firehole Lake Drive is a very interesting three-mile drive.

Fischer Outdoor Discoveries (FOD) specializes in small group tours to see wolves, bears and other wildlife. We lead annual trips toYellowstone and Glacier National Parks.

This National Historic Landmark was built from 1929 to 1930, and houses exhibits about Yellowstone's birds, wildlife, and lake geology. Information and books available.

Fountain Flats Drive is an old, two-way freight road that runs behind Lower and Midway Geyser Basins. While it is another interesting side trip off the main road, it dead ends for auto traffic after three-miles and then continues as a bicycle and foot-trail to rejoin the Grand Loop.

The Fountain Paint Pots are a very intriguing phenomena. Just south of the turn-off to the freight road, (8 miles north of Old Faithful) you will come to a large parking area for the one-half mile walk for the Fountain Paint Pots.
