West Yellowstone

The One Horse Motel is locally owned and operated, AAA approved, extremely clean and very quiet. All rooms are air conditioned, non-smoking and have color TV with full cable and movie channels, room phones, free local calls, tub/shower combinations, microwave and fridge.

The Oregon Short Line Railroad once brought travelers to Yellowstone in style and comfort. Today, the 1903 executive car has been restored to museum quality and sits in the heart of the West Yellowstone Conference Hotel. It serves as the theme for the Oregon Short Line Restaurant.

Dedicated in 1950, this church provides for Catholic worshippers visiting Yellowstone National Park. Sunday mass is at 10:30am. In July and August an additional mass is held Saturdays at 7:30pm.

Pathfinder/Lost Art Inc. offers a wide variety of quality gifts for the whole family. Opened seasonably from May through September and December through March. New inventory is always arriving.

Pine Shadows Motel features 14 clean, comfortable units, including two log cabins. Some rooms contain kitchenettes and all have color/cable TV. There are also picnic areas with tables and an outdoor grill. We offer guided fishing trips, a fly tying area and freezer service.

Pioneer Motel is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, laundromat, and park entrance. All units are ground floor, quiet, clean, quaint and with their own unique personality, surrounded by park-like atmosphere. Kitchenettes and family units, air conditioning and cable are available.

Raynolds Pass Fishing Access Site does permit camping. There is a 7 day stay limit. A boat launch, toilets, and access for camp trailer is available. Walk-in area on east side of US Highway 87.

The Red Cedar vacation home features 2,600 sq. ft. five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Located adjacent to the Gallatin National Forest.

Refuge Point was a vital meeting place after the 1959 Hebgen Lake Earthquake. This ridge provided a place of protection during the night of August 17 for many survivors of the the earthquake. Campers were trapped between Hebgen Dam and the massive rock slide.

Rendezvous Ski Trails are operated and maintained by the West Yellowstone Chamber of Commerce. This Nordic trail system winds 42 km through the Gallatin National Forest next to Yellowstone National Park.

The Running Bear Pancake House offers family style dinning, located at the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We are known for our clean and friendly atmosphere, and homemade bakery items. All meals are cooked to order.
