There is a large graveled parking area with a bi-level stock loading ramp, two hitch rails and trail signs at the trailhead but no toilet facilities. Bobcat lakes are nestled in a high cirque basin on the east side of Bobcat Peak.

Boulder Creek Trail

Boulder Creek Trail is a secondary trail going up Boulder Creek. It is steep after the first 0.5 mile.

Boulder Lake Trail

Boulder Lake Trail (62) leads to Boulder Lake. The hike to the lake is on a relatively gentle grade, while the remainder of the trail to its junction with Trail 91 has a steeper grade with a number of switchbacks. Portions of Trail 91 have not been maintained for some time.

Boulder Lakes Trail

Boulder Lakes Trail is a steep, rocky trail with good views and opportunity for fishing in high mountain lakes in the Big Belt Mountains.

Boulder River Snowmobile Trail is fairly easy to follow with signs. Cooperative operation with Sweet Grass Recreation Association and Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks. Parking capacity varies but is not usually a problem. Limited play area adjacent to designated wilderness.

Boyd Mountain Trail (202) gives you a relatively steep climb from Road 2148 to a ridgetop. It is primarily used for hunting, berry picking and hiking.

Snowmobiles prohibited on the Bozeman Creek Trail (Sourdough Canyon to Mystic Lake). The trail offers mountain biking opportunities in summer months and cross-country skiing in the winter. This trail is groomed intermittently.

Brackett Creek/Fairy Lake Road Ski and Snowmobile Trails are shared with snowmobiles. Snowmobile trail is 15 miles of marked and groomed trails.

Numerous gold bricks were shipped from the Branigan Mine, which is at the trailhead for Bramlet Lake Trail (658). The entrance to the mine may be seen on the hillside across the creek. Upper Bramlet Lake may be reached by bushwhacking up 0.5 mile west of the lower lake.

An excellent hike with breathtaking views.

Bridge Creek Trail (25) travels from Main Boulder Road near Bridge Creek to Bridge Lake. The trail is in good condition in the lower section, but the section above USGS Trail 24 is steep in places.

Mono Campground located at the trailhead has a toilet and five camping sites, and drinking water. Motorcycles and ATVs are allowed on the first .5 mile but not on the trail beyond the junction with the David Creek Trail.

Burke Lake Trail (170) leads to a small lake surrounded by timber, and provides a nice view of Northwest Peak. This is a short hike through scattered timber and small clearings. The use season is short due to snows in the upper elevations.

Burnt Flat Divide Trail (240) is primarily used for hunting. Other uses are hiking, backpacking and berrypicking. Although mostly forested, there are a few overlooks into Tamarack Creek.

Burnt Fork Trail (418) is a hike to Reservation Divide and Three Lakes Peak from the upper Ninemile Valley.
