Seven Sisters Wildlife Management Area encompasses 555 acres. It is located along the Yellowstone River south of Sidney. Fishing and boating may be enjoyed on the river. The Seven Sisters fishing access site is a day use area with no facilities.

South Fork Wildlife Management Area encompasses 151,789 acres.

Management goal: To provide year round habitat for wildlife by enhancing productivity of sagebrush/grassland vegetation, and to provide public recreational opportunities.

Sun River

The Sun River is one of Montana's most beautiful and scenic rivers. The Sun begins in the Bob Marshall Wilderness and flows southeast to Great Falls where it meets the Missouri River.

Tampico Wildlife Management Area encompasses 3,770 acres.

Management goal: To provide year round habitat for wildlife by maximizing wetland productivity and planting agricultural fields to dense nesting cover, and to provide public recreational opportunities.

Threemile Wildlife Management area encompasses 6,059 acres. The area may be accessed by two-wheel drive vehicles whenever roads are dry between May 15 and December 1. The area lends itself to mountain biking in summer, but motorcycles and ATVs are prohibited at Threemile.

Wall Creek Wildlife Management Area located along the Madison River in southwest Montana.

Management goal: To provide year-round habitat for wildlife, emphasizing elk winter range, and to provide a variety of public outdoor recreational opportunities.
