Red Shale Campground

Red Shale Campground is located in the Custer National Forest in southeast Montana. At an elevation of 3000 feet, it encompasses an area of 5 acres. It is a basic campground with primitive restrooms and 14 campsites. Pets are allowed. The maximum trailer length is 32 feet. The duration of your stay may not exceed 14 days. No fee required. Please pack out what you pack in.
