Blackmore Picnic Area is located in Gallatin National Forest. It offers 6 picnic spots located at scenic Hyalite Reservoir with fishing, boating and hiking. Restrooms, drinking water, and a boat launch are also provided.

Grand Menard, about 1 mile north on the Ninemile ranger station, is a good place to picnic, play, and enjoy a trail through the woods. You'll find picnic sites for both small and large groups, horseshoe pits, and a playing field. Drinking water is available in the summer.

Sacajawea Memorial Picnic Area is located in the Beaverhead-Deerlodge National Forest at an elevation of 7400 feet. The picnic area is for day use only. Restrooms are available at the site.

Spanish Creek Picnic Area us located in Gallatin National Forest. There are three picnic sites with picnic tables, toilets, fire rings, and fishing access. Drinking water is available. This is a pack-in/pack-out area with no trash service.

Ten-Mile Picnic area is a tow group picnic site with tables and large fire ring (with seating). Three individual family picnic sites with tables and fire rings. No potable water or refuse container (pack it in-pack it out). Small open area for games.

Wild Bill Lake Picnic Ground is located in the Custer National Forest in southwest Montana. Amenities include fully accessible vault toilets, picnic tables and 1/4 mile long trail leading to Wild Bill Lake and two accessible fishing docks.
