Bear Paw Ski Bowl is a downhill ski area with an average annual snowfall of 140 inches. Bear Paw Ski Bowl offers 25 runs, 25% beginner, 25% intermediate, 50% advance. Rentals and sale are available at Master Sports in Havre. Food and drink available at consession stand.

Great Divide Snowsports

Maverick Mountain is a favorite of families and kids for downhill skiing and features an extensive cross country skiing network of trails. It is located near a mineral hot springs with cross-country trail access.

Red Lodge Mountain Resort

Red Lodge Mountain Ski Area is best known for its friendly people and great spring skiing. The mountain receives over 250 inches of snow during the season, yet 5 of every 7 days are sunny. Over 70 trails, for all levels of skiers and 2,400 feet of vertical will keep you busy for days.

Showdown Montana

Showdown Montana is nestled high in the Little Belt Mountains of the Northern Rockies in central Montana. There is 1,400 vertical feet of forest-lined trails, open slopes and glades for skiers of every ability.

Teton Pass Ski Area - affordable, family fun on the edge of Montana's magnificent Rocky Mountain Front, just east of the Bob Marshall Wilderness Area. Covering 150 acres with 25 downhill runs, the area also features cross-country and snowmobile trails.

Facilities at Turner Mountain include a 5,600 foot double chair lift offering 2,110 feet of vertical lift and has a capacity of 500 skiers per hour. The ski area is patrolled by volunteers and ski school instruction is available. Groomed runs are provided.
