Ekstrom Stage Station

Ekstrom Stage Station is a collection of historic log buildings reassembled along Montana's famous Rock Creek, functioning today as a full -service campground. The campground is situated in a large grassy meadow surrounded by tall pine trees. Adjacent to the Pioneer Restaurant, the clearing accommodates RVs as well as lots for campers who prefer 'roughing it' in tents or tepees. Nearby Rock Creek lures avid fishermen from all over and provides the perfect background music for hikers. Basketball, volleyball courts and playground are also provided.

The resort boasts an 1,800+ square foot Pioneer Restaurant, famous for its traditional meals and delicious homemade breads and pies. A gem shop, antique shop, and public laundry facility housed in customary log homes also enhance the property.
