John Maki Outfitters

John Maki Outfitters offers fly fishing float trips on Blackfoot, Missouri, Clark Fork, and Big Hole rivers--our specialty since 1977. Combine a Lewis and Clark Expedition history trip with flyfishing for wild trout on the same waters they traveled. Instruction provided by professional guides. We also offer ranch elk and deer hunts: bow, rifle, or camera.

There are several ancient Indian camps on the Cokahlaishkit River, 'river of the road to the buffalo,' or the Blackfoot River. We enjoy visiting these sites and looking for artifacts.
