Super 8 of Hardin, located only 13 miles from the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, offers a central location along Interstate 90 for exploring many of Montana's historic treasures. With consistent 'excellent' ratings from industry evaluators, we are within minutes of four historical museums featuring Old West, early settlement, and 1870's Plains Indian and military themes. We are centrally located to Big Horn River which is internationally known for its quality trout fishing, and the 525 foot high Yellowtail Dam, at the Big Horn Canyon National Recreation Area. Adjacent to the Crow Indian Reservation, the area abounds in a rich cultural activities and special events throughout the summer, including Custer's Last Stand Reenactment (June), the Crow Fair and Rodeo (America's largest Pow-wow - August), rodeo, draft horse pulling contests, and fishing derbies. Bird watchers routinely visit area rookeries in the spring, and each fall thousands of ducks and geese migrate to the region for the winter. With rolling plains, timbered hills and a river that rarely freezes, the motel serves as headquarters for waterfowlers and big game hunters alike. Access is easy through public lands or Montana's Block Management Program.
Built in 1992 and with an addition in 1995 and again in 2003, the Super 8 of Hardin offers 2 room suites, ample parking for over sized vehicles, free horse corrals and other amenities. We provide Super Start Plus. Pets are allowed. It is located adjacent to several restaurants and 24 hour travel plazas For further information about the area or reservations, call directly 665-1700, or for reservations only 800-800-8000.
