McGuire's Motel is a 14 room motel conveniently located on Highway 2 in Harlem.

Medicine Bow Ranch

Medicine Bow Ranch offers an incomparable Bed and Breakfast along the Yellowstone River with stream fishing along Otter Creek. The Boulder River joins the Yellowstone River just 200 yards west of your room with excellent game areas nearby for fall hunting.

There is a $30 a night usage fee. The cabin will accommodate up to four people. You must make a difficult 3 mile hike up to the cabin or use the 7 mile horse trail of medium difficulty. The building was restored in 1999. Propane heating/cooking stove and kitchen utensils provided.

Medicine Rocks State Park

As its name implies, Medicine Rocks was a place of 'big medicine' where Indian hunting parties conjured up magical spirits. 'As fantastically beautiful a place as I have ever seen,' said one of its first tourists in the late 1800's, a young rancher named Teddy Roosevelt.
