Swanson Lodge

Swanson Lodge is nestled at the base of the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness on a secluded one hundred acres, abundant with wildlife. A wide range of activities are available right here at the lodge. Take a nature walk on the Lodge's trails or hike to a nearby waterfall. In the winter months when the snow arrives cross-country skiing is a dream and the scenery is unbeatable. Rental equipment available: mountain bikes, cross-country skis and ice skates. This is horse country and the places you can ride are truly breathtaking. Trail rides can be arranged or bring your own horse. Stalls are available upon request.

Relax in the glow of the fireplace before meandering up to your room for the evening. Incredible breakfasts served at a huge log table made by a local artisan. Your choice of country or continental with fresh fruit in season. Six rooms, accompanied by three and a half baths and each decorated in a different theme. Choose from the Montanan, the Antique, the Equestrian, the Fly Fisherman, the Native American and the Quilter. King, Queen and Double rooms available. Two rooms have internet hookup.
