First Citizens Bank's lobby is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The drive-up bank is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Canadian currency is exchanged. Orders don't have to be placed in advance, and there is no waiting period. We also handle money transfers.
